OurPetPolicy^® — Animal Compliance Platform

Brownstone uses OurPetPolicy^® as its Animal Compliance Platform (ACP). All tenants — including those without animals — maintain an ACP profile. Use it to:

• Complete or update your required annual ACP profile
• Submit a reasonable accommodation request for a service or support animal (no fee)
• Keep your animal records current under your Lease and Exhibit A
